Usually our credit purchase system works quite well; however, when it doesn't it can be a real pain. Let's see what we can do to get this sorted.
There are some common issues that may have caused your payment not to go through, including:
- The ZIP code on your credit card not matching the location from which you made your purchase
- There isn't enough funds on your credit card to finish the purchase
- Your PayPal account isn't fully verified with PayPal
- This may mean different things depending on your location (i.e. in Canada you need both a credit card and bank account added to your PayPal account
Or there may have just been an off one off glitch that caused your credits not to arrive. However, not to worry our system is set up to detect this and will automatically issue you a refund within 24 hours after your purchase times out. If the purchase remains on hold for longer than 24 hours, please contact our support team and they will be able to investigate the issue for you.
